The Pittsburgh Internet Exchange would like to extend a warm welcome to the Three Rivers Optical Exchange (3ROX) which is the networking side of the Pittsburgh Supercomputing Center. 3ROX connects to many Pittsburgh region universities, schools, and business organizations.
Along with providing quick access for members to educational resources and services, 3ROX provides low-cost commodity connections to the member institutions. 3ROX peers on PIT-IX with IPv4 and IPv6, and is a member of the route servers.
